Did you know, we did a research about other EU funded projects under the Erasmus+ programme in the field of ICT and e-commerce and found out very interesting results!
Indeed, several other initiatives have been funded at European level in the field of ICT and e-commerce. This means, the topic is very important among both stakeholders at European level and European Commission!
For example, the project E-COMMERCE FOR START-UPS, a strategic partnerships for schools, has the goal of create new teaching materials based on the creation of real products and real marketing channels. The students and teachers will be working on project tasks where the theory will be focused to give them support and finally, achieve the goals. The main topic is entrepreneurial learning-entrepreneurship education and ICT!
Also, the project Marketing Digitally.
The project “Marketing Digitally“ intends to offer various educational and advisory activities on digitalization and market orientation for adult’s trainers, low skilled adults that could be (potential) entrepreneurs, based on the e-platform. This learning platform will be developed for providing the teaching materials as well as for the self-learning and consulting mode for potential and existing entrepreneurs, who would like to build up their digital and marketing skills.
The project partners firmly believe that the sector of the digital market can be crucial for the development of new professions and relevant skills among adults. They need to be provided with practical competencies to build stronger careers, especially taking advantage of the digital field. In fact, the digital market competencies can be transferred and applicable in many different sectors, and maybe there is no job that does not require at least a basic ICT knowledge.
The project is creating 1 Curricula, Preparation of training Materials and a eLearning Platform as well as the virtual eMarketing Platform.
And the last example is the project SECTOR SKILLS ALLIANCE TO SET EUROPEAN STANDARDS FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS IN THE E-COMMERCE SECTOR.
The main objective of ALL-ECOM project is to promote the acquisition and improvement of skills and competences needed for the adaptation to the changes and challenges of the digital economy.
In particular, the project developed an on-line tool for the self-assessment of competences on e-commerce. The tool incorporates 7 questionnaires that respond to the seven units of competence defined. Users can self-assess their level of knowledge, skills and competences on these matters. The tool is accessible through the project website!
